Changing Education Paradigms

It is thought provoking and has really given me a great deal to think about.  In light of all the recent commentary that continually focuses on teachers and their effectiveness, I believe this gives a greater context to consider.  Yes, we need to be effective; so, too, does our entire system and its current definitions of success, achievement, and excellence.
